:: Glitzy Ritz?? ::
Pardon me for the, err, unfrequent updates.
I dunno why, but nowadays I lack the time to blog.
Not that I'm that busy or anything.
Mornings are always spent with Hawra.
Snuggles under the blanket with her after the Dady leaves for work followed by a short morning nap.
Then it's time to feed her (yes, she has finally started eating again, syukur alhamduliLlah!) and then it's bath time,
followed by more cuddling, snuggling & smooching sessions with her.
It has become our daily ritual.
We usually cuddle till she falls asleep, and then it's off to the kitchen for me.
This daughter of mine, timing memang baiiiik punya.
She will wake up the minute I finish cooking!
And when she's wide awake, I didn't have the heart to leave her to play all by herself & blog!
I mean, how can I, right?
Tak sampai hati maa.. Lainlah kalau ada maid..eheks!
Fortunately, she is now still napping eventho I have already finished cooking.
But I'd better make this short & quick, before she wakes up!!
Ritz Carlton was okay, I guess. Nothing that fancy.
The room was okay, except that is was not muslim-friendly at all.
No qiblat direction in the room - as if the muslim guests don't perform prayers! Tsk.
No qur'an in the side table drawer, only a Bible! Tsk.
No hose in the toilet, how to istinja'?? Tsk.
And Ritz Carlton is a 5 star hotel, mind you! Tsk Tsk Tsk!!
But other than that, everything else was, like, Wow!!
We even have our own personal butler, hokay! (not that we have any use of one! :p)
Earlier that morning..
We reached the hotel a bit late, no thanks to the heavy traffic.
After we checked in, we went straight to our room.
You mean we're gonna sleep here tonite?? Yippee!!
I could help but exclaim "WOOOOWW!" when I saw the bed.
Oh puh-leeese!! Wak Aton's bed is better than this laa ok Mumy!
But oklah, it's quite comfy..as long as I get to sleep in the middle!! heh heh
Hawra, on the other hand, couldn't wait to go swimming!!
The moment we reached the swimming pool, it had already started raining heavily. We didn't dare put Hawra in the water, not with all the thunder & lightning!
In the end, we spent the whole afternoon entertaining Hawra in the bathtub!
Hey, better than nothing right?
Hawra slept quite late that night, maybe because of the unfamiliar surroundings.
As for me & Hubs, well..right after we tucked Hawra to bed, we cuddled in front of the TV
with a can of Pringles & a bottle of Coke.
It's been so long since we did that.
And yes, Hawra did get to sleep in the middle that night.
Party pooper! Heh heh
My life may not be perfect, but I will always have these two loves of my life.
And that's what really matters.
