:: The Italian (cooking) Job ::

Il pomeriggio buono belle persone ^_^
Oh il mio dio! Non posso credere che parlo in italiano!

La ricetta di olio di aglio è perfetta!

I cooked this wonderful recipe for dinner last night.

Full credit goes to Delina dear.
Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful recipe. *hugs*
Your recipe got me speaking Italian, babe! kwakwakwa

You were right, it is so simple to cook, & I spent about one hour, more or less, in the kitchen. Even Hubs was impressed, saying,"Eh? Dah siap? Cepatnya!"
And it is more flavorful than the usual authentic Italian Aglio Olio! Thanks for the tips, hor!

At first, I was a bit worried.
You see, Hubs isn't the type who digs into Italian food, other than the occasional Pizzas, Lasagnas & Spaghetti Bolognaise. He's more into "hot-n-spicy-sambal food", see?
I was worried that the food would be ' tak laku '.

So, you can imagine my pleasure seeing him not only eating the aglio olio (dengan penuh semangat, you!), but helping himself to 2nd & 3rd helpings! I was smiling from ear to ear. Heeee...

When I asked, "So how? Sedap tak?", he managed to nod vigorously. lol ^_^
And in between bites, came words of compliments like, "MmmmMm".. "Sedapnya".."Very good" etc.

I sticked truly to Delina's recipe, except for black peppers & red bell peppers.
1)I didn't add in red bell peppers as I don't have any in my fridge.
2)I didn't sprinkle black pepper because :
2a. Hubs is allergic to it. Whenever he eats black pepper,
he will pay frequent visits to the loo, so I didn't dare add it in.
2b. Hawra ate the pasta with us.

But even without the red bell peppers & black peppers,
it is still delicious and flavorful. The dish didn't disappoint us at all.
Looks like Sea Creatures & Mushrooms Aglio Olio is here to stay!

For those who are curious about this recipe, you can ask for it from Delina herself. *promote sikit. hehehe*

So, Delina dear, go open a cooking blog now! I will always be your tukang test resipi. *grins*
